Terms and Conditions, March 2020
1. Your relationship with Magnacool (“The Company”)
1.1 These terms of use set out the legally binding contract between “The Company” and you in relation to the Win an ‘Original UFO Lame' prize draw
1.2 The promoter of the prize draw is Magnacool Ltd, Barnsley Road, Upper Cumberworth, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD8 8NR
1.2 You will be deemed to accept these terms if you enter the prize draw
1.3 “The Company” may make changes to these terms from time to time. The most up to date version will be available from “The Company” on its website www.magnacool.co.uk You should check the terms regularly and if you enter prize draw after the date of any change, it will be on the new terms.
1.4 “The Company” shall use and take care of any personal information you provide to them as described in their privacy policy, and in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not disclose this personal information to a third party without your consent. By entering prize draw you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your prize draw entry.
1.5 “The Company” reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or the rules at any time without prior notice.
2. Prize draw rules
2.1 The prize draw is organised by Magnacool Ltd.
2.2 In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, notice, conduct or result of the prize draw the decision of “The Company” shall be final and binding and no other correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
2.4 To enter the prize draw participants must submit photo proof of their loaf of bread. Everyone that enters a photo submission between 00:01 GMT 2nd March 2020 - 23:59 GMT 27th March will be automatically entered in to the prize draw
2.5 Multiple entries are permitted.
2.6 To enter the prize draw you must be a UK resident and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of identity and age may be required and “The Company” reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
2.7 Employees of “The Company” or any company involved in the prize draw, or any advertising agency or web company connected to “The Company”, are not eligible to enter.
2.8 There will be 1 winner who will be chosen on 1st April 2020 . The winner will receive an original UFO Lame from Wire Monkey. The Company accepts no responsibility for the prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post. “The Company” will endeavour to send the prizes within a month of the prize draw closing date, but cannot guarantee delivery time.
2.9 The winners will be announced via the Magnacool social media platforms. If the winner does not not respond to “The Company” within 28 days of being notified by Magnacool, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and “The Company” shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 28 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If the winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these rules, the winner's prize will be forfeited and “The Company” shall be entitled to select another winner.
2.10 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. “The Company” reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time. “The Company” accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
2.11 “The Company” accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. “The Company” further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the prize draw. “The Company” accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by “The Company”.
2.12 The winners may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the prize draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on “The Company’s” reasonable request.
2.13 This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute with a UK resident arising out of or in connection with this prize draw.
